At Flauntly Paws, we want you and your furry family to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: pet treats and edible products, items marked as final sale, and items that have been used or altered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
